A great opportunity to join a successful, growing food manufacturer supplying all of the major retailers.
A real leader in its sector, my client manufactures branded and own label products around the world. They have a track record of heavily investing in the business and a great reputation for developing innovative, market leading products on a European scale.
They are now looking for a Category Buyer to cover the ingredients area. As an experienced ingredients Procurement professional you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and devise and execute procurement strategies across the UK business for your category
You will need to have a strong track record of managing real savings across your spend area gained in a multi-site FMCG business. It's a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, so you'll be comfortable working under pressure to constantly moving deadlines and priorities.
Strong strategic sourcing experience and a working knowledge of category management within raw materials is essential.
