Hours: 45hrs (7:00 to 17:00)
Salary: £45k-£50k

You will of course work closely with other departments across the business and actually work closely with another site of theirs, where they produce several of their other products.

The role itself is quite straigh forward when it comes to Production Management. You will manage the overall performance of the team, ensuring that H&S, Food Safety and Quality aspects are being adhered to and running at the optimal level.

You will also work clsoely with the Site Manager, who I have no doubt, if someone is open-minded, would be a great source of knowledge, who you can learn a lot off.

What do you need?

- You need to have a proven track record as a Production Manager with Food Manufacturing
- Understand the needs and requirements when working with HACCP, Food Safety and BRC
- Understand 5S and Lean Manufacturing processes (whether qualified or working understanding
