The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to significantly grow with an organisation and be part of the growth journey. If you have 3+ years' experience in agency or client-side research roles this will be the ideal next step in your research career. If you are currently working as a Research Manager and are looking for a change of scenery or a Senior Research executive looking for the next step up, this may be the perfect position for you.
No research experience, no worries. If you are a marketing professional within FMCG, agriculture or food and are looking for a unique role within the industry, this could also be a great fit as well.
About the Role
You will be working with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to the world's biggest food and drink suppliers working across agriculture, manufacturing, and retail.
The primary focus of this role is to successfully manage and deliver research programs across the business's key clients. You will be set operational and service level targets and expected to deliver this as part of the project management, as well as execute projects with the support of the wider research team.
About Our Client
Our client is the only agency to operate across the entirety of the food and agriculture supply chain - not just in market research, but also in researching market opportunities. They cover everything from sustainability and net zero challenges on farms and landscapes, through to how consumers buy and prepare their groceries.
Starting out in 1994 on the kitchen table with an idea, our clients has since converted a tractor shed and grown in size to include a tasting studio, development kitchen, field trial sites, and a great team with over 100 years of combined experience of researching food and agriculture. They have a specialist consumer panel of over 9000 and a farmer panel of over 300 farmers.
Application Process
The successful applicant will move through a three-stage interview process; an initial screening call, followed by an initial face-to-face meeting, and a final stage in-person interview.
