Excellent opportunity for a Senior Leader to join a global FMCG business and have full autonomy of the factory!
Our client is a well-established business who have an international presence and have a reputation of being the market leaders in their chosen field.
As Plant Manager, you will lead the site leadership team and all core operational functions including production, maintenance, projects, planning and engineering and it will be your duty to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
To be a success in this role, you'll will need to be an influential and empathetic leader offering mentorship and coaching to the team where required, whilst also ensuring all site KPIs of safety, quality, OEE etc. are achieved, driving operational excellence across the factory.
The Plant Manager will manage the sites budget as well as the 5-year capital investment plan in line with business priorities. You will often be the face of the company so must be commercially capable.
To be considered for this role you will have site leadership experience (ideally) within the FMCG sector and have a great working knowledge of the process industry, ideally within food and or chemicals.
You will need to be ambitious, analytical, and strategic ln in your approach to mirror what this company is all about!
