You'll be joining a well-known chilled food manufacturer supplying branded and private label, widely recognised, products to all the major retailers and foodservice customers.

You know what a good Quality Management System looks like and as the guardian, you'll share knowledge and expertise across the team. Leading through example, you'll always push for better and will inspire those around you to drive a strong quality culture. We're looking for a strong communicator, who will bring examples of their ability to influence, and problem solve. And with CI at the core, examples of where you have delivered initiatives and received recognition in these areas are equally important.

As laboratory management is part of this role, familiarity and understanding of microbiology experience is essential to quickly establish working rapport with the current team. Ideally qualification up to HACCP Level 3, BRC audit experience and a good understanding of the main retailer systems and codes of practice are needed. This is an opportunity to be customer-facing, where you'll build on and develop proactive and collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.
