Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join their growing business based in Northamptonshire. You will be part of the retail supply team and responsible for all aspects of raw material and finished product logistics to ensure the outstanding customer service to its customers.

You will need to maintain a running forecast, aligned across the business, and to monitor orders, as well as availability and waste and ensuring product quality. This role will be cross functional and you will have to work closely with all stakeholders including Commercial, Operations and Distribution Partners and also understand business systems to monitor stock.

Other key aspects of the role will include assisting in the development of supply chain strategy, continuous improvement and health and safety.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Supply Chain Manager position or similar in the food manufacturing sector.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the business.
* Have a collaborative approach to build a strong team culture.
* Familiar with forecasting, 3rd party logistics and packaging.
* Have a Continuous Improvement mindset
