Over in the Berkshire area I am working with a chilled food manufacturer who are on the lookout for their next Night Shift Supervisor. As mentioned earlier this company is on the up and will be moving into a bigger facility in the next year or so, so if progression is on your requirement list, then opportunities will be bountiful!

You will be a strong communicator and have previous experience running a team of operatives with a proven record of hitting those KPI's. you will be a person with a strong presence on the shop floor and be able to motivate your team to keep the production flowing. You will be someone who is able to think on their feet and outside the box when it comes to production issues that may arise.

Shifts are from 9pm till 6am Saturday to Thursday. Experience working within a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing operation is essential.
