THE MACHINE OPERATOR

You'll be joining a small, focused Production team playing a crucial role as a Machine Operator. We are looking for a Machine Operator to manage setup, tune-up and monitor semi-automated machinery to improve OEE with minimal downtime.

Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.Running routine maintenance of machinery.Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.Attention to detail and adjust the machine as needed to improve Quality and maintain line speeds.Carryout in process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.Full ownership for machine performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will need to have strong experience in a similar Production role from within a manufacturing environment. You will also need to have:

Hands on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines work, attention to detail and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.Who takes pride in their work.Good level of problem-solving skills.Team player and quick learner.Recent, relevant, and proven machine minder experience.Understand and carry out instructions.Act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change.Be able to work under pressure.Understanding of production procedures and adherence to health and safety regulations
