About the Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the current supply chain, ensuring that customer service levels are optimised and cost effective across the board. Leading a team of passionate individuals, you will lead, motivate and engage with the wider team and departments with the business. You will help lead and implement the S&OP process, whilst also manage the day to day stuff such as managing KPI's and communicating effectively to Key Stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

For the Head of Supply Chain role, it would be ideal if you have food or fresh produce experience, and have operated at a senior leader level when it comes to supply chain/demand management. Naturally when it comes to Supply chain roles, you will no doubt be a strong problem solver. Alongside this, for this business, it is essential you must be a good communicator. The business have worked hard over the year to create a passionate, driven culture and so you must have the same desire.
