Two questions for you…..

Ultimately the business I am recruiting for are looking for an accomplished Senior Operations Manager /General Manager / Head of Operations who can oversee the growth of their current manufacturing site.

If you have worked within Food/Fresh Produce and had overall responsibility for a site and helped grow a business' processes, systems and teams before and this is something you enjoy and thrive at doing, this could be a perfect fit.

Food experience on this occasion is paramount and an essential, as you will have overall responsibility for BRC, Food Safety, Quality and everything that goes hand in hand in Food manufacturing.

They currently supply all of their products into some of the leading UK retailers, along with some smaller independent customers as well, so supply chain and customer base is very much secured and thriving. What they are expecting is a large increase of volume and throughput, which they will need to deal with accordingly.

Although at early stages of their journey, this is a fantastic foot in the door opportunity with a business that have fantastic passion and drive to build this business into something quite special, with their values at the fore of everything they do.
