I’m currently working with a face pace Food manufacturing business Looking for their next Shift Manager.

As mentioned, this is a fast pace operation, so it goes without saying that experience working within the food manufacturing company is a massive advantage.

You will also need to be a great leader of people, and not scared to be shop floor based supporting the team to get the results the business needs.

Experience managing a team and having accountability for them hitting KPI’s and other targets is also something that will be second nature to you.

The company is looking for candidates that want to be part of the company, work hard for the company and have an input in its growth.
