Development Technologist - Tintern Monmouthshire, near Chepstow and Bristol

We are looking for a new Development Technologist to join our small friendly team. This is a chance for you to make a difference, learn new skills and make innovation happen.

You will have…

• The right to work in the UK Driver’s licence 3+ years product development experience
• Experience with Beverages is preferred and experience working with Flavours would also be an advantage

You will be….

• A proactive self-starter with a genuine interest in food and beverages.
• Literate and numerate, confident in MS Office & Social Media.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Food technology or Food science-based subject.
• Curious and enthusiastic about food & drink, keeping up to date on trends in new ingredients, processing and products.
• A positive people person comfortable making new contacts and maintaining relationships.
• Methodical and organised, someone who can manage their projects, stick to deadlines, and follow procedure.
• A team player who can influence without relying on job titles.
• A problem solver, willing to make the improvements you identify, as if it were your own business

We are offering a full-time role, developing products in our riverside facilities (there’s some lovely lunchtime walks nearby) in Tintern Monmouthshire, near Chepstow and Bristol.

You’ll get 25 days paid holiday, competitive salary and a 10% annual discretionary bonus for the right individual.
