Product Manager

A well-established Food Manufacturer, now looking to add a Product Manager to their growing team.

As a Product manager you will be looking after all product quality, managing customers & suppliers across multi sites.

This opportunity will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic foodie with excellent communication skills. You will need to have at least 2 years' experience within a similar role, be extremely confident in carrying out audits, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will ideally have a food degree and have excellent knowledge of food science. Or have the significant demonstrable experience. However, your passion for food and what you do is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling of day-to-day quality and food safety issues
* Audit schedules, investigations, non-conformances and complaints
* Inspection of raw materials and finished product against the customer specs
* Supporting and advising production on quality requirements
* GMP, CCPs, Safe working practices You must have experience in quality and food manufacturing.
