An expansive role where you will oversee many aspects of the site and build teams across various departments taking on personnel that are genuinely skilled and passionate about delivering quality. Creating an inviting and engaging environment across the whole site. 

• Day to day management responsibility manufacturing site; driving efficient and service whilst ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
• Production and Production Planning
• Coach, lead and develop a senior management team to create a culture of growth, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
• Dispatch and Stores Cost control
• Directing and co-ordinating activities
• Capex budget
• The Site manager will also maintain a focus on Health and Safety

You

• A passionate, intelligent FMCG manufacturing professional looking to enhance their career by gaining the experience of managing a food production site.
• Factory based food manufacturing experience.
• Experience of BRC (British Retail Consortium) Audits
• A leader with the ability to balance the varied challenges of running a busy factory whilst having the drive and tenacity to deliver day-to-day operational objectives.
