Engineering Team Leader

** Monday - Friday, days based opportunity, typically 8am-4pm **

As an Engineering Team Leader within this well established and fast growing manufacturer you'll play a key part in the increase in production as well as the training and development of your team. 

You will be responsible for an area of the business including all projects, upgrades to machinery, installation of new equipment, and most importantly increasing reliability. 

You'll be the “go to” engineer within the designated area to support with more difficult breakdowns, however this will mostly be a hands off job. 

There is plenty of opportunity to develop your personal skill set as well as progress through the business. 

You'll need to be a natural leader with the ability to motivate your team to achieve KPI's. 

You'll have an eye for continuous improvement and understand how to delegate planned activity. 

For this role, the company are seeking an electrically biased, apprentice trained engineer and someone with a background in FMCG/Food, Packaging, or Manufacturing.
