Job Details

The Go To Market Manager provides coaching and leadership to functional S&D and Warehouse leaders on process improvement.
The position requires strong influential leadership in establishing sustainable processes/procedures, driving efficiencies, coordinating improvement activities, equipment upgrades, coordinating selling and delivery requirements to meet customer expectations, ensuring adherence to PepsiCo inventory management policies and procedures, following stringent quality procedures, ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed, and administering all company contracts, policies, and procedures.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering the warehouse management capabilities required to deliver excellent customer service, AOP cost and productivity targets, and future PBNA growth initiatives. The position will directly support the MW Market.
Responsibilities include leadership of all GTM transformation work in the locations, cost efficiency, productivity, capital projects, warehouse KPI standards, warehouse strategy, food quality safety, continuous process improvement, service to sales, and safety.
Location flexibility: this role can sit in Denver, CO or in Albuquerque, NM.
Accountabilities include:
- Build and Improve location processes
- Act as a change agent at division and local level to drive GTM productivity
- Lead GTM Transformation agenda
- Establish and share Best Practices
- Ensure warehouse standards excellence
- Coach and assist in achieving AIB standards
- Assist locations with NIS inventory accuracy and Period end inventory reconciliation
- Assist locations with maintaining compliance and control standards through tight process controls
- Maintain Food Safety standards, Chilled storage requirements and documentation
- Assist locations with safety compliance
- Work cross functionally with HR and location management to ensure locations stay fully staffed
- Determine and Execute our Division AOP initiatives
- Manage capital projects including CAR submissions
- Ensure Coaching and Discipline Processes are in place and active in each location
- Maintain high levels of execution and service to sales
- Aggressively tackle operational issues that affect our ability to deliver on our Productivity, Capability, or Service plans
- Build detailed action plans for focus locations
- Lead dynamic work allocation across team given current business priorities to maintain a fluid and agile work team
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,100 - $152,450
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics preferred
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred demonstrated completion of a major improvement project
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously
- Ability to interface effectively with plant personnel, outside contractors and different functional groups within the business units
- Working knowledge of quality systems, finance, capital planning, and project cost tracking and forecasting, economic justification analysis, statistical process control, and manufacturing management systems
- Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance
- Ability to effective work in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results
- Influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in
- High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and database usage
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
- Thorough understanding of DSD warehouse operations
- Analytical skills with understanding of selling and delivery /warehouse KPI's
- Ability to travel 60% of the time
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
