Job title: Technical Administrator/ coordinators

Salary: £25k (Neg/DOE)

Key tasks

• Technical administration to include specification writing, label creation and supplier approval.
• Review and update procedures, quick reference guides and production record sheets
• Support NPD and product launches.
• Complete lab submission forms and liaise with site QA to arrange allergen and shelf life sampling.
• Support & coordinate customer complaint investigations to find the root cause of complaints and support the identification of preventative action as appropriate.
• Report writing and minute taking.
• Conduct audits of the manufacturing facility with respect to GMP, hygiene, glass and other foreign bodies and compliance to procedures.
• Answer customer queries and requests on behalf of Technical Manager.
• Be a part of the internal auditing team.

Desirable
