About Our Client

They are a well-established food manufacturing business - seeing a really boom period of growth. They supply other food manufactures, caterers, food service as well as the main UK retailers. They have innovation and progressive thinking at the core of their values.

About the Job

As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for the overall training of lifting equipment and anniversary training to our employees. You will develop all training and support the Head of People and Culture with keeping the training plans up to date, completing ad hoc training when requested from the management team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced and passionate professional Trainer - with solid expertise in warehouse, safety, logistics training. You will ideally have a proven track record of providing in house training and developing on going on training plans. It is essential you are a certified LOLER trainer.
