Your role

Responsible for delivering the capital plans for the site, to enable the site to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Site Engineering Manager. To specify, cost and manage capital projects delivering on time, on budget and with zero harm. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Sets improvements strategies for own department KPI’s Enhancing the group, mission, vision, and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan

What you’ll need

• Level 5 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• AutoCAD experience
• CDM experience
• Experienced in managing and controlling multi-disciplined engineering teams and projects, including contractor control, financial control, and contract management.
• Have detailed engineering knowledge of modern, continuous, food production processes and factory services
• Good working knowledge of associated engineering disciplines including Environmental
