Are you a Production Shift Manager looking to utilise your skills and join a positive team culture?
We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site company within the food manufacturing industry who are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for upholding Health & Safety standards, setting and managing KPI's, ensure product specification sheets are met, quality, control GMP, Hygiene, managing team performance, training, and offering development through direction and motivation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working in a chilled food environment, shift management/production management experience. You will be a hands on leader, a strong team player and eager to help develop the team.
