Are you a Production Manager with strong experience/knowledge or CI and Lean manufacturing techniques?
We are currently working with a well-established, renowned, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the team, Monday - Friday days!
You will be responsible for overseeing the Production team, implementing CI and Lean practices, adhere to health and safety procedures, deputising for the Operations Manager when needed, training and supporting the team and improving performance where possible.
To be successful in this role you will need to be autonomous and able to hit the ground running. Strong H&S knowledge, able to develop reports, able to work in a fast paced environment, CI focused, problem solver, strong communication skills and conflict resolution.
