If you've been involved in trading fresh produce for a few years elsewhere, you know what it takes and what's involved. Build relationships with growers, suppliers and customers. Keep the customers happy. Drive profitable sales. All thanks to your rapport-building skills and knowledge of the sector.

You'll work on the outskirts of Spalding with a small team of two on the trading team. You will be supported by the wider business and a team made up of fresh produce experts. There are plenty of people to help you develop your skills and knowledge for you to progress.

You'll have loads of autonomy to build relationships and make deals happen, earning more as you do.
