The Role

This is a highly influential, senior level strategic role where you will be successfully managing and delivering research programs across key clients. You will take into consideration their goals and KPI’s, identifying opportunities to improve service whilst building a commendable rapport. Evaluating data using quantitative and qualitative methods, you will deliver performance insights to both clients and internally to refine strategies and tools. 

Working with internal and external teams, you’ll need to be proactive and use your judgement on how to facilitate problem resolution as well as know when to escalate issues that may impact client performance. You will also support and shape your own team through motivating and inspiring them to deliver excellence with pride and passion whilst offering opportunities for personal development. 

The Person

A research professional who is highly ambitious and driven to achieve excellent standards of work. You will be motivated by delivering outstanding research projects and managing clients to an exceptional standard. You will have a strong quantitative research background gained from your experience working in primary consumer research, with the knowledge to know when qualitative methods should be used.

You will have honed your ability to be flexible in your thinking and delivery, with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks in order to drive results. You’ll have top notch interpersonal and communicative ability, all the better to complement your capacity to build valuable relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike. Assertive with a desire to strive and consistently learn, you have strong self-management skills and are adaptive to changing situations with ease and finesse.

Please note that although this role is remote it does include some travel to collaborate with the team in London as well as fortnightly customer visits to the Northwest of England.
