Production Shift Manager

Are you a senior Team Leader/Section Manager looking to progress in your career? A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on shift Manager, ideally with machinery experience?

Within a nice ambient environment, we are currently working with a well-established food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team and run the shop floor.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, ensuring the health and safety standards are met and communicating with other departments. Managing and setting KPIs, risk assessments, accident reports and investigations.

To be successful in this role you will need to have hands-on experience with machinery and process lead individual. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be focused around coaching and developing the team. Eager to learn, develop and progress.
