I'm hiring for a Buyer - Packaging & Ingredients, in a market leading FMCG company.

Role:
With a network of over 120 suppliers, including their own facilities, the company requires individuals with tenacity, sensitivity, and stamina to achieve their challenging goals due to the diverse cultural backgrounds of their suppliers.

The role of sourcing packaging and ingredients involves negotiating and placing contracts with suppliers within budget, and demands a high level of professionalism, communication, and organization to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensure that high-quality products are received is also an essential aspect of the role.

The company recognizes that the role necessitates a strategic approach to supplier management and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.


Salary & Working Setup:
- £30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience
- Mix of office (Derbyshire area) and hybrid (1-2 days WFH)
- Some flex on starting and finishing hours
