Your role

Twilight Shift 18:00 to 02:00 Monday to Friday

The Operation Team Lead is responsible and accountable for the manufacture of quality products which meets production needs and Customer Specification and achieves profit and performance targets. Driving continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Enhancing the group, mission vision and values

What you’ll need

• A Good Level of the English Language.
• Good PC skills.
• Good Organisational Skills.
• Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Awareness of food manufacturing industry
• Good attention to detail
• Able to use own initiative
• Desirable to have flexibility
• Desirable to have NVQ level 4 /ILM qualification
• Desirable to have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
