This is a production role that operates from Mondays to Fridays, alternating weekly between 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00.

The Flesh Controller is responsible for supplying the lines with meat whilst monitoring its temperature and completing paperwork.  This is a physical role including regular handling of materials up to 25Kg.
