Sales Executive–– Business Development - Food Ingredient Division

Salary – £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

Location – Coalville, Leicestershire

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a portfolio of established customers through growth and account management 
  • Targeting new customers
  • Visiting key customers to further grow relationships
  • Develop a knowledge of the food industry and our products through our comprehensive training programme
  • Working with the Healy Group technical team to support business development Supplier management / Sourcing new products

  • Ability to work towards and hit targets  
  • Proactive problem solving and initiative   
  • Experience in sales in the food supply market

  • Full driving licence
  • Education to minimum of Level GCSE’s
  • Experience in the Food Ingredients Industry essential
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Commercial Awareness In date
  • Passport Right to work in the UK  

The role

Due to our continued growth, the Healy Group are looking to expand its sales team in the food ingredient Division. We are looking for a confident and driven individual to grow sales through account management, targeting new customers and supporting the team.

You will be given a group of existing accounts to manage and further develop in terms of relationships and new sales. Also, seeking out new customers is a crucial part of the role for which we will supply all the training and resources to achieve your goals.
