Mutli-Skilled Engineer

Your role:

In the Mutli-Skilled Engineer role you'll report to the Maintenance Manager and will be primarily responsible for completing reactive and proactive maintenance work, to ensure the efficiency and availability of the machinery on site.

Specific tasks include:
- Completing the daily, weekly and monthly PPM schedules
- Attending daily breakdowns
- Providing a full rapid response to production
- Maintaining the engineering workshop, tagging items and informing departments as repairs completed

Shifts;

The standard working hours for this job are 4 on, 4 off (days & nights).

Your experience:

To be the right person for Mutli-Skilled Engineer role you will need direct experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehousing environment. You'll also need to have prior experience of carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance.

It's important that you have electrical and mechanical skills, and you will need to be a team player and be proactive in your approach to maintenance.

The package:

The basic salary for the Mutli-Skilled Engineer role is between £48,000 - £50,500 per annum. You can also earn overtime in this role.
