Salary: £40,000

Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the Lincolnshire area looking to join a national leader in fresh produce? Do you want to work in a tight nit team with that family feel? Are you looking for that work-life balance? If so, I have the job for you!

The successful candidate will be working on the Panama shift pattern (2,2,3) days only.

The job purpose is to support the engineering function on-site to look after the plant and the building fabric and assist the production staff in order to help ensure that production lines continue to function as required. Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with experience within the factory environment, if this is food production then even better!

Key responsibilities involve:

• Carrying out planned maintenance on various machinery
• Reactive maintenance on various machinery
• Participate in installations of new equipment
• Assist in training of engineering staff
• Strip machines in order to identify faults
