About Our Client

Our client is a well-established seed agriculture business, operating across all aspects of crop production, seed production and grain marketing.

About the Job

We are currently looking for a Site Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the site; ensuring Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with site specific plans.

The Ideal Candidate

It is highly desirable that you come from a relevant agriculture operations and management background with crop and seed store keeping experience however if not you could come from food or fresh produce sector. You will have experience of leading and managing teams on a site / depot and you will have experience of managing P&L's.
