Salary: Dependent on experience
About Our Client
We are currently recruiting for a well established fresh produce business, who supply to many of the UK's best loved retailers. Plenty may have changed in the business since their humble beginnings as a family business, notwithstanding, but they always put their customer first and ensure quality is of the highest level.
About the Job
You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. - with overall responsibility of their packhouse, reporting into the Operations Director. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.
The Ideal Candidate
It is essential that you are a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach. Culturally the business appreciate those that roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, no matter the level.
