We are working with a longstanding, traditional company in the food sector that use their expertise and innovative techniques to create unique products.

About the Job

We are looking for a Team Leader, reporting into the Front Line Manager, who will be responsible for managing staff and machinery within their controls areas effectively and ensuring that schedules are achieved on time. You will also ensure that this is done while ensuring high quality and in the most efficient manor possible.

The Ideal Candidate

You will come with experience of working in production, health and safety awareness and the ability to work under pressure. You will have good knowledge of operating machinery, a good level of accuracy and numeracy and ideally have worked within food or fresh produce previously. You will also be ambitious, drive and passionate about making improvement in order to increase efficiencies.
