We are working with a longstanding, traditional company in the food sector that use their expertise and innovative techniques to create unique products.

About the Job

We are looking for a Front Line Manager who will be responsible for the total shift Management of their area, ensuring that all team leaders and staff are managed effectively and efficiently and all duties are carried out to the correct standards. You will also be responsible for the department meeting all targets that are set.

The Ideal Candidate

You will come with managerial experience within a manufacturing industry, ideally with a background in food or fresh produce. You will have excellent people management and communication skills. You will also be ambitious, drive and passionate about making improvement in order to increase efficiencies.
