Your role

The Operation Team Lead is responsible and accountable for the manufacture of quality products which meets production needs and Customer Specification and achieves profit and performance targets. Driving continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Enhancing the group, mission vision and values.

• Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
