About the Job

Looking to speak to superb Packhouse / Production Managers with extensive fresh produce / Food expertise with strong strategic AND hands-on management skills. There will be a real focus to improve and get the best out of their committed team as well as the process - so in addition to the day-to-day production, you will also be encouraged or responsible for looking a CI and process improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

As mentioned, you will have an excellent track record of managing fresh produce facilities with knowledge of transformation, change and improving efficiencies. It would be fantastic if you had experience of Lean and CI, perhaps a Green or Yellow Belt or on your way to achieving one but this isn't essential. Overall though, you will have a people focused approached to your management style, whilst also looking at the wider business obkectives and working hard to co-align with these.
