We are delighted to be supporting an impressive and award-winning business in the recruitment of a Service Manager at their head office in Norwich. The role is at the forefront of the customer after sales experience, and you will have responsibility of the workshop and service teams and be tasked with delivering the companies vision and strategy.

Responsibilities include:
*Promote and be a champion of the Company's vision statement and strategic goals
*Effectively manage work planning and allocation
*Ensure all service work is carried out and billed in a timely and cost-effective manner
*Engage in resource planning, recruitment, and development to ensure staff levels (including apprentices) and service department facilities and tools meet current and future demands.
*Provide exemplary customer service to customers
*Develop and engage in activities to increase the sales of retail labour and parts.
*Support, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the capability and confidence
*Conduct regular team member reviews to promote high levels of performance, job satisfaction and engagement.
*Maintain exemplary levels of health and safety across the Service Department and workshop

What you'll bring to the role:
*Recent experience in a Workshop Manager or Service Manager position (or similar)
*Industry relevant experience- agricultural, construction, heavy plant or automotive.
*Excellent people management and customer service skills
*You'll be a passionate and empathetic leader
*Commercially savvy
*Sound IT skills and comfortable using in-house online systems
*You must have a Full UK Driving License

*A competitive salary of up to £42,000-£47,000 per annum plus annual bonus
