Mornings or Afternoon shifts.

It’s not often you get the chance to join a business that has not long moved into a brand-new, purpose-built manufacturing facility and has plans to further expand.

Following a series of new appointments and various changes, they are looking for a number of high-calibre Production Shift Managers to join the business and bring added value to the operation.

There are a number of challenges but the rewards are immense. You’ll get the chance to progress and play your part in some significant projects.

Your success in this role will be positioned around a couple of key things. Firstly, how well you can engage a team, win their hearts and minds as you develop and upskill them. And secondly, your eye for improvement. You’ll be given the reins to drive improvements across sites as the business drives forward with an improvement and sustainability mindset.
