About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the business by securing new commercial wins. Using your experience and strong communication skills, you will build lasting relationships with suppliers and customers. You will identify opportunities to drive sales and help grow the business's top and bottom lines.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fresh produce trading and a successful history of delivering sales and new business in wholesale, catering, and processor markets. A team player with a positive attitude, you will be a strong negotiator and commercially astute.

The minimum requirements for this role include proven produce trading experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong commercial awareness.
