The company

Our client is one of the country's leader specialist fresh produce growers supplying an excellent product to the retail food service sector. They are passionate about investing in technology and looking at new ways of doing things and constantly improving.

The role

The role mainly consists of controlling and managing the team of Warehouse Operatives, to ensure all orders and fulfilled and associated areas, are completed in a safe, structured and organised manner. You will also be responsible for making sure the team follow both the company and customers policies.

Candidate specification

If you having strong people management and communication skills within a warehouse environment - we want to hear from you. It is highly desirable that you have experience working within a perishable goods / chilled good environment but not essential. It is also highly desirable that you have a fork lift licence and are comfortable with taking a hands on approach to the job.
