Head of Supply Chain

I'm hiring for a Head of Supply Chain in a market leading FMCG company.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain operations to deliver optimum levels of customer service whilst continuously improving business performance.

This will involve leading the development and implementation of the S&OP process, as well as developing robust, efficient and effective supply chain processes that minimise waste and cost.

What the role involves:
- Lead development of S&OP processes
- Minimising service, waste, and stock through supply chain improvements
- Working with the Supply Chain team to deliver strategic objectives

The person we're looking for:
- Experience at a senior level within supply chain
- Team management, S&OP implementation, FMCG supply chain
- Hands on approach who can fulfil multiple critical business demands

Salary and Benefits:
- £70,000 to £90,000 pa depending on experience
- Bonus 15%
- Private Medical Care
- 25 days plus Bank Holiday
- Mix of office and hybrid working - can agree the hours on some of the days in the office that reflects the hours of operation for the supply chain activities

Working setup:
- Based in the Hertfordshire area
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- This is hands on environment so onsite daily and hours may be flexible depending on business circumstances
