About Our Client
We are currently working with a premium food manufacturer supplying an excellent standard of 'food to go' products to the country's leading supermarkets. They are in the process of opening a new purpose-built site with huge potential and a fantastic working environment.
About the Job
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to identify, assess, manage, and monitor a wide range of initiatives to achieve operational excellence in the business.
In this role, you will analyse current practices, develop business process improvements, and successfully implement changes in across the organisation to ultimately enhance overall business performance.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you will not only have a solid knowledge of and experience implementing Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing methods, but also have strong leadership skills. (Experience with Value Stream Management tools, Kaizen methods and other key Lean tools and methodologies is advantageous
You will also have strong project management skills and experience and knowledge or PM methodology.
