Specifications Manager - Hybrid Working - 9 month FTC

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Specifications Technologist looking to take the next step in their career. We are working with an innovative company on the rise, producing delicious products to a very high standard.

Within this role you will be responsible for reviewing all specifications for both branded and own label products, artwork in line with all labelling policies, working to launch deadlines and critical time scales. You will also be involved in reviewing raw material content to develop gold standard specifications to improve compliance.
You must understand the importance of getting things right first time, having a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar position within a food manufacturing company and writing specifications.

Have a good understanding of HACCP, be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, excellent communication skills will be important within this role liaising with teams to ensure all work is completed on time to top standards. Someone who is analytical and problem solving would thrive within this position.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft, have the ability to influence across all departments to build relationships.

Have sound knowledge and understanding of food safety and Quality management systems.
