About the business
The business we are working with are niche Food Manufacturing business who have an outstanding reputation. They have been producing high quality chilled food products for over 100 years and have grown significantly in recent years. They have a strong family feel in the business and take their responsibilities to their employees very seriously. With significant growth plans in the pipeline, they are looking to employ a Senior NAM to support this growth and ensure they have infrastructure to ensure success.

About the Role
You will be working closely with the Head of Sales and taking ownership of a number of their retail accounts. The business is dealing with most of the UK retailers and have plans to support growth across all of them within their categories. You will be responsible for delivering the strategy with the customers and ensuring their needs are met on both a short and long term basis. You will be working closely with the NPD teams to ensure strong continuation of innovation to keep the category exciting and help it to appeal to an ever increasing audience.

The Ideal Candidate
The key criteria is to have a good understanding of Retail supply and a good level of commercial knowledge within a food categories. The ideals, of this will be some kind of Chilled food category, but this is much more about attitude and approach. The business is based near Nottingham but they have flexibility for someone to do 1 day in the office and the rest from home (option to do full time in the office is also there!). They have a small branded presence as well which they are looking to grow. Experience within a branded business would be an advantage as well.
