About the Job
As Packhouse Supervisor, you will manage a team on a day-to-day basis, across a couple of graders with demanding technicalities. Manage people whilst driving the team's performance, efficiencies and KPI's.
You will ensure on-going compliance with the company's Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety standards expectations.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you must be a strong team leader with good communication skills and the ability to delegate where necessary. You will come from a fresh produce facility or Packhouse, food manufacturing facility and have a proven track record managing a number of team members.
