This huge food manufacturing business is looking for skilled Line Supervisors to join at a key time for the business.

There is plenty of investment and change happening, so they have created these brand-new roles to help ensure that each line is running as effectively as possible.

You will be joining a company which has a track record of offering people progression opportunities, which can be clearly seen through the management structure.

So, it’s not unrealistic to say that in 2-3 years’ time, you could find yourself stepping into a Production Supervisor and potentially a Production Shift Manager role.

The Role

The role itself will entail everything you would expect. Managing a team of 3-4 operatives, ensuring that they are performing well and carrying out their jobs to the expected standards, both in quality and performance.

If you’ve got a background in Food Manufacturing, as a Line Leader, Line Supervisor or Team Leader then please get in touch. Additionally, any experience in line improvements would be extremely helpful!
