Administrator / Coordinator / Purchase Order

Hitchin

Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5pm (early finish every Friday)

Circa 25k

 

If you are an established administrator or looking for your first position then we have a team and company looking for a great team fit.

The day to day – you’ll be working with a supply chain & purchasing team.

 

Your role will be supporting the Senior Purchasing team with admin, raising purchase orders, communicating with suppliers & internal customers.

The goal being to have all the raw materials ready for production each & every day – ensuring happy customers & lots of hungry mouths fed!  

 

What are we looking for?...

No prior work experience is needed – just a will to learn & basic IT Knowledge, if you can work your way around outlook, word, excel we are happy to teach you the rest.

The team are a friendly, close knot bunch that work in an open plan office, you’ll be someone who enjoys working with people & supporting one another.

  • IT Basic user – MS Office, Excel
  • Good communication skills – orally & in writing
  • Wanting to develop further
