Scheduling Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our client who are a leading safety services business based in Loughborough.
The purpose of the Scheduling Coordinator role is to schedule Engineers for the installation of new systems and to deal with all administration relating to the implementation of new contracts.

Salary/Benefits

• £23,000 - £25,000pa depending on relevant experience.
• Flexible working hours (Core hours must be met).
• 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays.

Hours of work are 8:30 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Scheduling Coordinator - The Role:

• Scheduling Engineers
• Managing job completion certifications
• Database maintenance and administration
• Invoicing
• System set-ups
• Issuing user manuals to customers
• Issuing reports to customers
• Engineer stock management
