You would be at the centre of a highly reputable and well-established family-owned company that has built its foundation on baking methods passed down through generations. They are dedicated to creating high quality and mouth-watering bread.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Baker, you would be assisting with the overall production of large amounts of bread and other products
• Stock rotation, mixing, weighing and measuring, dividing, handcraft moulding and shaping, baking
• Produce products to the highest standards at all times

The Candidate

• Passionate about food with a positive hardworking attitude
• Previous experience in food production is preferred but not required
• Artisan bakery experience – mixed, weighed, divided and shaped dough
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
