  • Owner of a portfolio of Transformation and Change Programmes in the E2E SC including planning, defining and managing the portfolio and roadmaps integrating with the total E2E SC Calendar.
  • Large scale transformational projects, project management
  • Owns Customers inputs/decisions into key financial planning cuts ( PSP, ACP, AOP) wrt to Transformation
  • Maintain the road maps ensuring application of the Project management methods and KPIS and value realisation are achieved.
  • Frequency of contact with line manager is weekly (high level of autonomy).
  • The role will be expected to work collaboratively to develop strategies and communicate to relevant stakeholder groups/approvers.

  • Highly organised strong Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of E2E SC, front line operations, QCDM model, interfaces with central functional agendas and core business processes
  • Understanding of PMO stage/gate models and PM methodologies and programme governance best practices
  • Competent in PC packages and skills to efficiently template and lay out information/materials for others
  • Ability to connect facts and data quickly and make those connections for others.
  • People change management experience of leading people to successfully adopt new systems/practices.
  • Able to lead and facilitate improvement planning and execution workshops
    Leveraging ambiguity - when the answer is not fully formed, able to adapt when direction is not absolutely clear and set direction to get things done
  • Able to lead cross functional teams and agendas and build winning teams through coaching and influencing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. The ability to liaise confidently and assertively with all levels within the company essential.
  • High level of personal drive, energy and resilience. A passion for results and a track record of delivering in a structured way essential.
  • Good judgment on when to escalate contentious issues or any significant risks
  • Strong Ethics, High Trust and Integrity
  • Doing It The Right Way - Collaborating Across boundaries - work cross functionally to create trusted, effective and mutually beneficial relationships.
